Harvesting narcissus flowers in Iran

Farmers have harvested narcissus flowers that are in full bloom in the gardens of the Iranian province of Golestan.

Narcissus flowers are planted in late September and harvested from late December to mid-February.

Here are some photos of harvesting the aromatic flower in a private garden in Golestan. The garden is 10000 hectares and the flowers are distributed in the Iranian provinces of Mashhad, Tehran, and Isfahan.

A part of the harvest is exported to Iraq too.
